Mindful Movement Intro May 16th – @5:00pm

Our Facilitator/ Yoga instructor is Brandan Lumzy. This session introduces participants to benefits of yoga, instruction on stretching for strength , flexibility and balance. Boosting your flexibility, practicing specific yoga poses may also help you build muscle strength and reduce feelings of stress or anxiety. This program will be held at Home of Hope.
