Getting Through The Holidays

As the holiday season approaches, it’s often filled with the promise of warmth, togetherness, and celebration. Yet, for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one, the holidays can be a stark reminder of the empty chair at the table and the absence of familiar voices. It’s a time when the festive atmosphere can amplify feelings of grief and loneliness.

Date and Time: November 9th at 6:00 PM

Location: Home of Hope Cancer Wellness Center

In this class, we aim to create a safe and compassionate space where participants can openly discuss their feelings, share their stories, and find comfort in the company of others who are experiencing similar emotions. Grief can be a complex and isolating journey, but with support, it becomes more manageable.

Whether you’re recently bereaved or have experienced loss in the past, we invite you to join us on November 9th. Please note that this class is open to everyone in the community, not limited to those impacted by cancer.

Claim your free ticket by November 6th as seating is limited.
