YOGA WITH BRANDAN

Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga session that welcomes all, regardless of your fitness level or flexibility. At Hope Cancer Wellness Center, we believe everyone should experience the benefits of Yoga.

🪑 Chair Yoga: We offer a special chair yoga option that is accessible to everyone. Whether you’re new to yoga, have physical limitations, or want gentle practice, this modified class is perfect.

💪 No Flexibility Required: You don’t need to twist like a pretzel to enjoy yoga. Our sessions focus on relaxation, strength, and inner peace. All ages and abilities are welcome. Walk-ins encouraged.

NEW! STRETCH WITH KATY

Are you ready to unwind and rejuvenate your body? Look no further! Hope Cancer Wellness Center is thrilled to introduce our newest offering: “Stretch With Katy”! Led by our fantastic Client Services Coordinator, Katy, this virtual stretching class is designed to help you destress and promote flexibility, all from the comfort of your home.

Join us via Zoom every Monday at 3:15 PM for a gentle and soothing guided stretching session. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to stretching, this class suits all levels. Katy will lead you through a series of light stretches that can be easily done from the comfort of a chair, making it accessible for everyone.

Caring for your body and mind is essential, especially during challenging times. “Stretch With Katy” offers a space to relax, release tension, and connect with others in our supportive community. So mark your calendars and join us for a revitalizing session each week!
