Stride for Strength 🚶‍♀️✨ Walking Wednesdays Are Back!

Looking to move your body, clear your mind, and soak up some fresh air with great company? Join us for Walking Wednesdays—a biweekly walk that’s all about strength, connection, and a little nature therapy. 🌳💬

We’re hitting the trails every other Wednesday, alternating between two of our favorite local parks. It’s casual, it’s energizing, and it’s the perfect midweek reset.

🗓️ Upcoming Walks:
May 7 @ 11AMSinnissippi Park (meet at the back pavilion near the sledding hill)
May 21 @ 5PMLowell Park (meet at the Nature Center)

👟 Things to know:

  • Walks are weather permitting—we’ll wait up to 10 minutes before deciding to start or cancel.
  • All fitness levels welcome. Come solo or bring a friend!
