Education
Hope Cancer Wellness Center regularly offers classes and workshops to educate participants about the various effects of cancer. We also teach ways to cope with the challenges presented by a cancer diagnosis. Experienced doctors, nurses, and dietitians are some of the professionals that volunteer their time as guest speakers for these activities.
On the other hand, our Lunch & Learns program is an informal way to get up-to-date information on cancer-related topics. We provide lunch in every Lunch & Learns session!
Campus Care
At Hope Cancer Wellness Center, our goal is to help people affected by cancer and their loved ones in a variety of ways. We understand that children experience anxiety and uncertainty much like adults, so we provide support sessions at area schools. Contact the counselor of your child’s school or our team for schedules.
Lending Library
Additional information about cancer-related topics is also available through the Hope Cancer Wellness Center lending library. The facility carries a wide variety of books, music, and movies. Our goal is to provide access to relevant health-related resources as well as materials for enjoyment.
Navigate
There may come moments when something cancer-related arises, and you or your loved one is unsure where to turn. Hope Cancer Wellness Center is here to help. Even if we are unable to provide the right service or tool, our staff will work to find the resources that you need.
All this is possible because Hope Cancer Wellness Center is part of a network of service providers. We aim to meet the unique needs of individuals and families facing challenges associated with cancer.
