LET’S TRY CHI GONG – AUGUST 27TH 5PM

Are you looking for a new way to enhance your well-being and find tranquility in your busy life? Join us for our exciting new program, “Let’s Try Chi Gong!” on August 27th from 5pm to 6pm at Hope Cancer Wellness Center.

Chi Gong, a practice rooted in ancient Chinese tradition, combines gentle movements, focused breathing, and mindful meditation to promote relaxation, balance, and overall health. This activity involves slow, gentle movements that are suitable for all levels of physical ability, making it accessible to everyone.

During this introductory session, you’ll be guided through the basics of Chi Gong by an experienced instructor who will help you understand the fundamental techniques and benefits of this practice. No prior experience is necessary—just come ready to explore a new path to wellness.
