Gratitude Journaling 11/7 6pm

Gratitude Journaling Evening – November 7, 6:00 PM

As we enter the season of giving thanks, it’s important to take a moment for ourselves to reflect on the people, moments, and experiences that bring joy and meaning into our lives.

🌿 Join us on November 7 at 6:00 PM for a special Gratitude Journaling Evening, designed to help you slow down, reflect, and connect with the things you are grateful for.

This event will feature a combination of meditation, guided journaling, and optional group discussion—all in a calm, welcoming space. Whether you’re new to journaling or have been doing it for years, this is an opportunity to pause, recharge, and celebrate gratitude with like-minded individuals.

What’s in Store for the Evening?

  • 🌸 Meditation: We’ll begin with a few minutes of light meditation to clear the mind and center ourselves.
  • 📝 Guided Journaling: Thoughtful journaling prompts will help you reflect on what you’re thankful for and inspire new ways to notice the good in your life.
  • 🗣️ Optional Discussion: You’ll have the opportunity to share your reflections and insights in a supportive group setting—though participation is optional.
  • 📚 Resources to Take Home: Receive helpful materials to continue your gratitude practice long after the event ends.

Why Attend?

Studies show that practicing gratitude can improve mental well-being, reduce stress, and increase happiness. This evening is not just about journaling; it’s about connecting with yourself and others, embracing the present moment, and finding joy in the small things.

This event is open to all cancer patients, survivors, & their family! Whether you journal every day or are trying it for the first time, you’ll find value in this evening of reflection and mindfulness.
